Order Processing & Shipping Info.

Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, some item require additional time before ship out, depending on the size, weight, distance and location (Body kits, Hood, Fender, Special order etc.…) . No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Signatures are require of all orders (there must be someone to sign for the package or you have to pick it up from the local USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL stations.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All orders in credit card/order process, packaging or waiting to be ship out will mark your order as "On-Hold" in the order status. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with detail information on the status of your order.

Shipping Process Information:
Most merchandise usually ships within 48 hours or the product availability time indicated in the product description. Some item require additional time before ship out, depending on the size, weight, distance and location. If the product you order is "Out of Stock". One of our customer service representatives will contact you by E-Mail or Phone, who will work with you to best resolve any issues.

Delivery Time:
Product Availability = Time for packaging and credit card process of the order, this time does not includes shipping time. The actual delivery time would be Order Process/Package time + Shipping time.

Example:
Product usually ships the next business day and is shipped via UPS ground and is in transit for 3-7 business days. The actual delivery time would be 4-8 business days.
